Private Lessons

 

Rink Side offers Private lessons, which are one-on-one lessons providing individualized instruction for figure skaters or hockey players wishing to: accelerate progress, participate in skating competitions, or simply want individualized attention. Please note...Taking private lessons does not guarantee that a skater will pass to the next level or win skating competitions.

Private lessons are available on various days and times arranged by the private instructor and skater according to their schedules. Lesson time structure is most commonly divided into 30-minute periods.

You can download a Private Lesson form and bring into Guest Services. A Rink Side Sports staff professional will receive a copy and they will call you to make all lesson arrangements.

Rink Side Sports is not responsible for private lesson conflicts. Rink Side Sports has NO PART in the money exchanged between the staff professional and the skater/skater's family. Rink Side Sports does require separate payment for the ice time/room time and rental skates used during a private lesson. The ice time/room time fees and rental skate fees can be paid at the skate rental counter or the Guest Services Office.

The lesson fees are paid directly to the private lesson instructor.
